To start off this update I just wanted to say that I hope everyone has had a wonderful holiday season.
And real quick before I get into the updates and news....I just wanted to extend a congratulations once again to J-Roc of Stik Figure and Gabby. The wonderful couple finally tied the knot on 12/23/05. So again, congrats to the newlyweds. If anyone wants to drop either of them a line, hit them up. Now on to the updates...
I have added artwork and lyrics for our "Thanks for the...PAIN" album.
I am hoping to press a few copies or so for sale. And all of you that won a free copy of it when I ran that contest will still be getting it.

I am going to also be adding a few pics that I have used of us over the past few years as our main page pic. I will be adding them to the Misc section under Deprived Desktop Wallpaper. The pictures will make a great wallpaper ;)

Well, that didn't take to much time at all now did it?
The site overhaul has already begun as of this morning!

Well as I promised, the photo shoot went great and there are lots of new pics to be put up very shortly.
And don't worry, I'm also keeping my promise about naming the new bassist. So here it goes...
Austin Kitchen
Austin is the former bassist of the local hardcore/metal band Sick Cell. So please, everyone welcome him and show the man some love.
All the pics will be put up shortly. The site will be getting an overhaul yet again. The Bio will be getting re-written. And just a whole bunch of other shit will be done as well.
So stay tuned peeps. We are hoping to rock the Valley again in February. Till then keep posted to your emails, this site, and join the Mailing List to keep updated first!!

Well here we go again.........
As usual I will start out by saying long time no update!!
Got a lot of things to update but not quite yet.
We have a new bassist but I'm not gonna let the cat out of the bag yet as to whom it is and where he hails from. But you will hear about it soon.
Also some new promo pics are in the works. So when those are complete the site will get an overhaul again, and then you will be filled in on the new bassist/back-up singer for Deprived.
So once again, stay tuned. I promise you he's a younger guy, not and old ass guy like last time. And the women say he's pretty damn cute too. So stick around and we'll be right back!!!!!!

Also, there have been a few rumors flying around as of late. So let me get right in there and clear them up quickly.
So you may be asking yourselves, "since Vince is gone, how are you going to play these next 2 shows this weekend". That's a very good question. And the answer is very simple. Does everyone remember Ian?? That's right, Ian has been nice enough to help us out in the time of need and come back for these 2 shows. We are very fortunate that he has decided to help us do this.
So I want to see everyone out on Friday night and 21+ fans out on Saturday night. We are debuting some new tunes both night. SO BE THERE!!

I updated the shows page with 2 new show dates. June 1st and the 22nd.
Added a new poem to the poetry page. It was emailed to me back in 2003. I was going thru some old ass email and stumbled across it. It's entitled Before You. Written by Sharri Beagle. You can find it under the miscellaneous section, then under Poetry.
Also, a few new Merch items have been added in to our store. Go check them out and get some Deprived Merch!!

Well long time no updates. So let me let everyone know what's been going on.
First off we have 2 upcoming shows this weekend. First one is all-ages and is at the Mad Rose in East Stroudsburg. And the 2nd is at Mother's Bar and Grill in Easton. For all info, show times, show dates, go to our shows page by clicking
1st - There's one going around that the band is breaking up. FALSE The band is not breaking up.
2nd - There's one going around that Vince is leaving the band. TRUE Vince has left due to personal reasons and we wish him the best of luck on all of his future endeavors.
3rd - There's a rumor going around that Mike is going to be a daddy. TRUE/FALSE The reasoning behind the true/false is b/c Mike and his girl Jess were expecting a child, but sadly they lost it last friday after being a month and a half into the pregnancy. After these shows we are going on hiatus until we find a new bassist and he learns all of the songs.
First and foremost, I'd like to say a big Thank You to everyone whom came out on Wed night at the Grape Street Pub. The crowd was great, the sound was great, the bands were great, and the venue was incredible. So the next big Thank You goes out to the lighting/sound woman on hand Wednesday night, and an even bigger one to Grape Street for having us down there.
Next, all of the website is now fully functional. The bio has finally been re-written after 5 months.

I recently purchased a device to help me in uploading old VHS to my computer. So I'm going to be uploading a lot of video footage to my computer in the next month or so. Hopefully I'll have some video footage up on the site for download.
After that, I am hoping to begin taping a lot of live footage, band rehearsals, goofing off, and some music videos and making a DVD which will then be available for sale.
But again, that is all in due time. I have a TON of video footage (new and old) to sort thru.

And for all of you that want to know when/where you can catch Deprived, hop your asses right on over to our shows page. There you will see that as of this moment in time we have 4 shows booked and ready to go. So starting May 27th, Deprived will be officially BACK!!
First and foremost, I'd like to extend a very Happy Birthday out to my father whom turned 42 today. Happy B-Day Pops!!!!
Also, construction to this site is still coming along as of now. Some pages are getting there little by little. Everything will be completed shortly.
